THE FOUNDER

Hadeel Alabbasi

 

Hadeel Alabbasi is the founder of Qanaateer, an institute that specializes in offering holistic and interactive Arabic classes for non-Arabic speakers. An advocate for the beautiful Arabic language, Mrs. Alabbasi has started a campaign called (Speak to me in Arabic) to encourage everyone to speak Arabic. She is a writer and has published seven children’s books. With a Master’s degree in Leadership Development and Coaching, Mrs. Alabbasi offers coaching sessions that help students paint their path towards achieving their Arabic learning goals.

Sumayya Zaitooni

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies – Umm Al-Qura University

  • Master’s Degree in Educational Technology

  • Five years of experience as an Arabic instructor

  • Administrative and Educational Official at Qanaateer

  • Attended numerous workshops on teaching Arabic to both native and non-native speakers

  • Passionate about the Arabic language and constantly seeks to deepen her knowledge alongside her students

Fatma Muhammad Algamdi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language

  • Master’s Degree in Arabic Language – Imam AbdulRahman AlFaisal University

  • Twelve years of experience in teaching Arabic

  • Arabic Instructor at Qanaateer

  • Certified as a “Khabeer” by King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language

  • Also works as a content writer, blending creativity with language expertise

Dr. Mohammad Al-Jarrah

  • Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics

  • Academic Director at Qanaateer Center

  • Specialized in Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Other Languages (TASOL)

  • Sixteen years of experience.

  • Author of 2 books and co-author of 12 books (in fields including healthcare, business, and diplomacy)

  • Led a comprehensive syllabus review (15 books, 3 levels) for a Diploma in Arabic for Non-Native Speakers at King Abdulaziz University

Alhasan Fareen Jawa

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Taiba University

Immersive Program

The Arabic Abroad program is a full-time, full-time program that takes place in the historic city of Jeddah. The program is designed and delivered by experts in the field of Arabic, and it uses a classical curriculum with contemporary methods of language acquisition. The goal of the program is to help students gradually develop their command of Classical Arabic infused with the Hijazi dialect.
